Quality control is a system of inspection, analysis and action applied to manufacturing process so that, by inspecting a small portion of the products currently produced, an analysis of its quality can be made to determine what action is required on the operation in order to achieve and maintain the desired level of quality. Our quality control inspection is as per MIL-STD-105D,  normal sampling plan Level II.

The quality assurance manual is a guide line which is to be used by all Cosonic Enterprise Corporation personnel and departments. The manual specifies the quality control rules and activities and to SATISFY customer requirements for all products manufactured. The major concepts in the manual are that COSONIC emphasizes the prevention of products failure and continuous improvement.
